I hereby give notice that an Extraordinary Meeting of Bolnhurst and Keysoe Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 28th June 2022 at 7.30pm at Keysoe Village Hall
Agenda
All members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.
We welcome attendees, but will continue to take reasonable precautions to keep everyone safe as follows:
a) Maintaining a social distance and wearing of face masks are optional. Please respect the wishes of others & move away if requested to do so.
b) Windows will be open for ventilation.
c) We will continue to have sanitiser available & encourage attendees to use it.
1. Receive apologies for absence
2. Declarations of members local & pecuniary interests in the business to be transacted hereunder
Members are reminded they must declare any local or pecuniary interests they have in any agenda items. In the case of pecuniary interests, the member must withdraw from the meeting when the matter is being discussed.
