Under the terms of the Coronavirus Act 2020, the Parish Council must now return to physical meetings.
Please be advised that due to Coronavirus guidelines, the number of members of the public that can attend this meeting is limited to 16, & this will be managed on a first come first served basis. Specific safety measures will be in place as advised by the National Association of Town & Parish Councils.
Please read the information below carefully before attending this meeting. You will be required to comply with all these measures.
A maximum of 16 members of the public will be permitted entry on a first come first served basis.
Doors & windows will be open to maintain air flow.
The meeting will be kept as brief as possible to minimise risk. If you have a question you would like to raise in the Open Forum, it would help if this could be submitted in advance.
You must not attend if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms.
If you develop COVID-19 symptoms within 7 days of the meeting alert NHS Track and Trace. Alert the hall cleaner on [The Trustees – 07788 240185] and alert the Parish Council.
Please wear a mask until seated – if you need to leave your seat for any reason please put on your mask.
Maintain 2 metres social distancing as far as possible.
Do not move the chairs – these have been laid out socially distanced.
No Agendas will be laid out, so please bring your own. Please ensure you take everything home with you for safe disposal.
Use the hand sanitiser provided on entering & leaving the premises.
Avoid touching your face, nose, or eyes. Clean your hands if you do.
“Catch it, Bin it, Kill it”. Tissues should be taken home for safe disposal.
Take turns to use confined spaces such as the corridor & toilet areas. Standing or sitting next to someone is lower risk than opposite them. Briefly passing another person in a confined space is low risk.
No eating or drinking is permitted.
Wash your clothes when you get home to reduce risk of transmission.
